上顎天生無犬齒案例A shy girl who has no upper canine naturally, and her lower teeth were extremely crowding.
The orthodontic treatment plan was to extract the lower first premolar and align all teeth. We achieved good smile alignment (using upper first premolar to substitute upper canine), and de-crowded the lower teeth.The lateral profile was improved, and the chin was a little bit more prominent.
The shy girl is not shy anymore, she is happy and smiles more!
